Job Description

- Help drive KarmaCheck’s product success by driving key market insights
- Manage the demand generation and lead nurturing process to ensure that leads are being properly engaged and moved through the sales funnel
- Measure and analyze campaign performance, using data to optimize campaigns and improve results
- Work with sales teams to ensure that leads are being properly qualified and handed off for follow-up
- Write and develop marketing assets that convey the value, benefits, features and functionality of KarmaCheck’s delivery system - website copy, case studies, sales enablement and materials, product launch documentation, product launch blog posts and demos
- Work with our customers to support and tell their stories across our owned channels and identify new media and product feature opportunities
- Build and experiment with key acquisition funnels (ie. referrals, content marketing) to drive growth for our KarmaCheck product
- Assist with the development of targeted messaging, use cases, personas, marketing programs, thought leadership and sales enablement programs to enable effective selling and activation
- 4+ years of proven experience in marketing and brand, product marketing or early-stage BD roles
- Background check, healthcare staffing, and/or HR tech space experience is a HUGE plus!
- Management experience
- Start-up experience
- Experience defining and driving marketing plans for B2B technology products in complex, fast-moving markets
- Meticulously organized and strong project management skills
- A proven ability to execute strategically with a focus on measurable outcomes, building and developing a high-performing team in a fast-growing SaaS company and experience in driving business transformation
- You have experience with marketing automation tools and marketing technology - bonus if you have experience using CRM marketing automation tech (eg HubSpot, GA, Google ad words)
- Experience with working with the following Design tools: Figma, Illustrator, WordPress, Ad Platforms (e.g. LinkedIn)
- SEO/SEM management

- The expected base compensation for this role is between 145,000 - 175,000 for work performed in the United States. Starting pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include seniority level, experience level, transferable skills, education, location, business needs, training, and market demands. This range may be modified in the future.
