      The Marketing Services/Seismic Sr. Manager will be responsible for making in-platform template changes, logic and rules management, documenting business and technical changes, troubleshooting and support for content owners, quarter-end data refresh process and testing, and other tasks related to the publishing of dynamic presentation templates

      Key Responsibilities and Duties

      • Create/manage/update content and logic within the Seismic platform
      • Receive and fulfill requests for Seismic content and logic changes using a browser-based workflow tool (Workfront)
      • Perform content and data validations during testing and within quarter-end update cycles
      • Create and share usage analytics to content owners and audience owner leads through Seismic reporting capabilities/dashboard creation
      • Support the scoping and estimate process for new work intake
      • Meet with internal customers and document business requirements including logic, data use, variable content, and slide selection options.
      • Operate as Seismic technical subject matter expert, identifying solutions and working with business partners to develop and implement the ideal technical solution for required use case
      • Communicate frequently with internal clients from across lines of business and support areas to clarify requirements, answer questions and troubleshoot as needs arise
      • Manage multiple projects, multiple internal clients and/or book of business
      • Understand and communicate data and logic utilization within various document templates within the Seismic platform.
      • Seek and identify data sourcing from existing data sets integrated within the Seismic platform
      • Proactively expand knowledge of all content, logic, data, and usage patterns across content and user groups.
      • Work quickly, efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple requests simultaneously that may be in different stages of workflow
      • Articulate to non-technical clients about content, logic, and data usage, and potential utilization for new requests and changes.

      Preferred Experience:

      • Strong proficiency in Seismic software programming; Seismic lists, Live Docs, guided assembly, microapps
      • 5+ years experience with content/digital asset management platforms
      • Experience with sales enablement tools and processes
      • Background in marketing operations or content management
      • Project management experience and proven track record for delivering complex technology solutions that drive measurable business value and results.
      • Seismic Certification
      • Financial services industry background
      • SQL
      • Figma
      • Tableau and other visualization tools

      • Exceptionally good interpersonal and communication skills including ability to communicate complex information and analysis in written and visual forms
      • Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

      Base Pay Range: $91,800/yr - $117,700/yr

      Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
