      Senior Manager, Pricing Analytics (B5)

      Key Responsibilities

      This is a dynamic role within Global Field Group (GFG) Finance to partner with Sales on pricing, profitability and cash flow. The candidate is to be the primary finance focal for all Account teams supporting executive read-out on pricing at key business reviews and Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA). The candidate helps each account deep-dive their pricing performance and work with Accounts on specific action to close gap. A successful candidate should also support the adoption of Certified Reference Price (CRP) and new pricing metrics into existing business processes including in large order deals, Strategy and Execution Meetings and Sales Incentive Plans (SIP)

      Owns all financial reporting and analysis for large order deals Prepares initial pricing analysis and partners with Sales Ops to align reference prices with BU’s prior to VPA Discussions Schedules and drives pre-VPA with BU heads to finalize pricing and reference price alignment Presents deal CRP for VPA approval and highlight keys gaps and plans Drive reference price data cleanliness with Accounts to closure Evaluate deal performance post-negotiation relative to approved Documents any unresolved deal CRP differences for management review Supports data preparation of Account pricing scorecard at Quarterly Account Reviews Monitors and track progress of pricing metrics in Account SIP Performs cost of capital analysis for deferred payment and drive DSO improvement across customer base

      U.S. Salary Range:

      $140,000.00 - $192,500.00

      The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

      For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
