- Product Strategy and Roadmap:
- Define and execute the product strategy in alignment with Yum! and brand business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and communicate a clear product roadmap, considering technical feasibility and market dynamics.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Team Leadership and Management:
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, promoting knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement.
- Establish clear objectives, performance metrics, and accountability measures for the product management team.
- Product Development and Execution:
- Oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and successful delivery of product releases.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into actionable development plans.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between teams to manage dependencies, resolve issues, and drive product execution.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior management and executives to align product strategies with overall business objectives.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap, and performance metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer engagement plans.
- Customer Focus and Market Insights:
- Deeply understand customer needs through market research, user feedback, and data analysis.
- Advocate for the customer throughout the product development process, ensuring user-centric design and customer satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and make data-driven product decisions.
- Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills; Technical writing experience a plus (i.e. writing user stories, business requirements, and acceptance criteria)
- Ability to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partners
- Strong understanding of customer needs and business strategy
- Ability to use analysis to prioritize business value
- Ability to balance good design with data-driven decision making
- Ability to build product roadmaps, run meetings and drive agenda

- Background:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, math, data science or business administration; MBA a plus.
- 8+ years proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably in a senior or principal role.
- Strong track record of successfully delivering complex products to market.
- Deep understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
- Excellent strategic thinking and ability to translate high-level vision into actionable plans.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Experience working in an agile development environment.
- Familiarity with restaurant management technology solutions and knowledge of emerging trends and technologies.

Salary Range: $139,000 to $179,850 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Irvine, California - Salary Range: $153,200 to $198,330 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
