- Define and drive Innovation process and roadmap for store innovation initiatives, including emerging technologies and customer-facing experiences.
- Translate customer insights, business needs, and market trends into clear product requirements and success metrics.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, feasibility, and customer impact.
- Monitor product performance and continuously iterate based on feedback and data.
- Ability to fail fast and document the results and observations from the solutions
- Serve as a thought leader and advocate for innovation within the broader product management organization.
About the Role
As the Sr. Manager, Product Management for Store Innovation, you will create and lead the Innovation process, strategy, development, and execution of innovative in-store experiences that enhance customer engagement, associate enablement, and operational efficiency. You will work cross-functionally with our iconic brands of Gap, Old Navy, Banana Republic, and Athleta while partnering with engineering, design, store operations, and analytics teams to identify opportunities, define product roadmaps that deliver unique and engaging experiences.What You'll Do
Who You Are
Proven track record of delivering innovative products and solutions in a retail or omnichannel environment .
Passion for retail innovation and emerging technologies .
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills .
Experience in designing, developing and implementing platforms, APIs, and/or complex customer capabilities .
- Experience working with large software engineering teams both within and outside of your domain .
Demonstrate technical acumen; ability to influence and debate solutions with technical team members, to understand technology solutions and potential tradeoffs and to represent technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders .
Ability to assess relatively complex situations and analyze data to make judgments and recommend solutions .
