      Description

      ADP is hiring a Sr. Manager, Product Planning (Comp Services) within our HRO organization.

      In this role as Sr. Manager, Product Planning, you will lead a team and have responsibilities for the Comprehensive Services’ product enablement processes supporting awareness, readiness, and change management for all the Comprehensive Services technology solutions (e.g., WFN, Launchpad, HERNY, Tau, etc.) for both Current Gen and Next Gen Workforce Now. Responsibilities also include curating and tracking critical business needs to support long-term planning and prioritization conversations.

      Comp Services Product Enablement is responsible for building the infrastructure for measurement, adoption, and utilization of the products to support sales and retention outcomes. Lastly, the role will partner closely with other leaders across ADP, in the business and CS Enablement to identify innovation, transformation and automation opportunities then support bringing those initiatives to life. This Sr. Manager needs to be a strong leader with experience managing a diverse portfolio of responsibilities and a product owner with a strong understanding of technology.

      WHAT YOU'LL DO: Responsibilities

      • Provide direct support, mentorship and coaching
      • Be the voice of Comp Services Product decisions
      • Maintain roadmap of technology feature changes, pilots and upcoming releases
      • Drive change management efforts and standards for product enablement roll outs
      • Present to executives and senior leaders in GPT, sales and operations to build buy-in and maintain alignment
      • Help to guide and prioritize Product Enhancements/needs
      • Connect with associates and leaders throughout the organization
      • Be a SME that can increase product knowledge, adoption and overall effectiveness throughout the business
      • Provide support and readiness for new products and features
      • Support and/or drive product enabled strategic initiatives
      • Seek out and propose new strategic product/offering initiatives

      TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Requirements

      • At least 3 years Product Management
      • At least 3 years of Team Leadership experience
      • Proven history of driving awareness, adoption and stakeholder buy in
      • Able to work with the business and take in information from various "listening posts" to hear the voice of Alex (clients) and build into a clear prioritized list of product requirements
      • Ability to work across and with diverse stakeholders, working in partnership with Sales, GPT, Shared Services and other BUs to define the product priorities, define the requirements, and managing the projects to ensure the deliverables are implemented in a timely manner with high quality
      • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
      • Ability to influence at all levels within a large matrixed organization

      A college degree is great but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job. Other acceptable experiences could include:

      • Experience noted above, OR
      • Military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.

      • Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
      • Experience in the Human Capital Management (HCM) Industry and/or knowledge and understanding of payroll
      • Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools.
      • PMP, PgMP, or other similar certifications from highly recognized professional learning institutions
