What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Partner with research teams and practice management to standardize and optimize clinical research processes and resources
- Develop and implement programs to enhance research staff experience, including training and onboarding initiatives
- Analyze existing processes and systems, providing data-driven recommendations for improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally to address challenges and enhance current procedures and policies
- Lead initiatives to foster a culture of research engagement among physicians and staff

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum educational requirement: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Healthcare Administration, Clinical Research, Nursing, or a similar field
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in clinical trial management, clinical research, or healthcare program management
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and experience in process assessment and improvement
- Proficiency with clinical trial management systems and data analysis tools, including MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Tableau or Power BI for data visualization and analysis
- Background in community oncology operations
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams effectively
