      Oversee task activities assigned to the Scrum Team to ensure they are performed in a timely manner with minimal technical debt, while maintaining the highest quality of performance. Will interface with client personnel and use oral and written communications skills to foster working relationships with stakeholders. Lead Scrum Team to perform planning, development, and testing on large software development, implementation, and integration projects. Conduct all Scrum related activities, including sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, sprint retrospective, and client demos. Collaborate with product owners on an active basis to manage product backlog and sprint activities. Remove obstacles and manage risks to enable team efficiency and effectiveness. Ensure all scrum activities are tracked and kept up-to-date and reported on a daily basis. Manage software development projects, managing or performing software development projects using an Agile Scrum approach. Position allows for 100% remote work. Reports to company HQs in Westlake, TX. Subject to Schwab’s internal approach to workplace flexibility.

      Salary: $151,500.00 - $224,400.00

      What you have


      Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or related field. Requires 5 years of progressive, post-Bachelor’s experience in a related occupation.

      Experience must include the following: Apply Scrum estimation techniques to development efforts through story pointing size and T-shirt size for Epics and spikes; Manage team ceremonies and create reports and dashboards using Agile Scrum, SAFe, and Jira methodologies; Create and manage project timelines and provide leadership updates using Jira and Confluence; Create and track progress through building boards, reports, and dashboards using JQL; Create test suite for API's using Postman to execute the regression test cases for each release; Create and manage releases and update versioning using Bitbucket; and Create and manage user backlog with the data from production to assure products developed align with desired client experiences using Splunk.
