What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research and analyze government policy and regulatory changes impacting the employer
- Lead and maintain the Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI) Program for compliance
- Establish a confidential reporting channel for cybersecurity compliance concerns
- Communicate insights from external policy engagements to governance leaders
- Develop professional relationships with government agencies and industry partners
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 10+ years of experience within a cybersecurity organization
- Bachelor's degree in digital technology, cybersecurity, business administration, law, finance, or related fields
- At least one professional certification such as CISSP, CCEP, or CISA
- Proven ability to build stakeholder relationships and collaborate across remote teams
- Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance

- Familiarity with U.S. DoD and International cybersecurity and privacy laws
- Deep understanding of aerospace and defense industry's regulatory requirements
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Proactive problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
