      Job Summary

      The Senior Marketing Coordinator is an integral part of their home office and performs similar duties of the Marketing Coordinator in support of the firm's commercial real estate brokers. In addition, the Senior Marketing Coordinator receives special assignments and assists with projects in other offices. The Senior Marketing Coordinator is a main point of contact for questions via phone and e-mail from staff on graphics and brand guidelines, and they occasionally provide in-person training for employees in other offices. The position is seen as a leader for other Marketing Coordinators and staff.

      Essential Functions

      • Act as a leader by exemplifying Kidder Mathews professional standards
      • Work well as a team player and maintain good relationships with coworkers in a close-knit team environment, with a willingness to assist team members from all offices and departments with any incoming requests as needed
      • Support a fast-paced, high-profile sales force with excellent customer service and overall can-do attitude
      • Assist and/or manage various special projects, as assigned
      • Assume the lead role on large pitches, offering memorandums and RCM’s throughout the region as requested
      • Conceptualize first draft specialty pieces such as personal capabilities brochures, placemats, banners, and custom materials for the region as requested
      • Assist with onboarding and training of new Marketing Coordinators as well as partnering with the Marketing Department to develop and lead ongoing training for Marketing Coordinators in the brokerage department
      • Produce and assemble marketing materials utilizing Kidder Mathews branded InDesign templates and proper brand standards
      • Utilize Photoshop and Illustrator to edit and enhance property photographs, floor plans, and other images ensuring brand standards are met
      • Use various mapping and demographic applications to run reports and create maps, aerials, and presentations
      • Prepare informational packages and maps for property tours
      • May be required to operate and troubleshoot office equipment like printers, copiers, scanners, fax machine, postage meter, etc.
      • Perform research, special projects, record-keeping, and other miscellaneous duties as needed for the office
      • On an as-needed basis for critical situations, may be required to provide basic administrative and operational support to their home office

      Required Knowledge

      • Advanced Adobe Creative Suite program skills (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
      • Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
      • Knowledge of real estate terminology
      • Understanding of Kidder Mathews service lines, branding, and unique marketing requirements

      Education/Certification

      • High School Degree or equivalent required, Bachelor’s degree preferred

      EXPERIENCe REQUIRED

      • 3+ year(s) related experience
      • 3+ year(s) experience with Adobe Creative Suite programs (especially InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat)
      • Experience partnering with the Kidder Mathews Marketing Department on custom pieces

      WORK ENVIRONMENT

      • This is a standard office environment with standar d office noise like talking, office equipment, etc.

      PHYSICAL DEMANDS

      • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. This position is often active and may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stooping and crouching. The employee must sometimes lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds with the assistance of hand truck or dolly. The employee must frequently sit and use a computer for long periods of time. Specific vision abilities are required to do this job including close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
