- Leverage any market research, customer feedback/usability findings, and offline/online marketing strategies to optimize designs and user experience
- Track, collect and report social media performance and marketing analytics to the teams
- Proof new business marketing campaigns
- Support in the creation of schedules for Campaigns
- Ensure graphic/marketing creative aligns with strategic marketing plan and objectives
- Support the Director of Marketing in evaluating existing sources of business
- Participate in creative briefing/direction, campaign analysis and ensuring proper back-end operations and fulfillment are in place for all sources.
- Acquisition Reports – Create and maintain accurate reporting across online and off-line acquisition sources maintaining consistent KPIs across sources
- Create and maintain dashboard reporting to communicate publishing goals and performance inside and outside the Children’s Publishing team.
- Help to identify annual Trends/ ways to improve business goals based on trends
- Assist with cost sheets for acquisition/retention
- Support the circulation team in brainstorming new sources of business for long term profitability in addition to campaign performance
- Manage various Ranger Rick social media platforms posting effective messaging and on-brand graphics/video/marketing creative for various Ranger Rick Children’s Publications
- Help develop content with the Director of Marketing to inform, educate and engage the brand’s audience to increase awareness and achieve marketing goals
- Actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and the ideation of emerging projects
- Develop and manage the social media marketing calendar
- 2-4 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Excel
- Knowledge of social media analytics software including Facebook Insights, Google Analytics and Twitter analytics to track audience engagement and campaign performance
- Experience with content management systems, word processor applications
- Maintain an understanding of emerging marketing and creative trends, best practices, and processes
- Excellent time-management and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills

With this role you will be responsible for helping to promote and market these magazines to households across the Globe. Our team dynamic is collaborative and solution oriented. Location and Work Mode:
This position is based out of our Headquarters in Reston, VA. The National Wildlife Federation is committed to a flexible and empowered work environment with an authentic community of care for all staff. Compensation and Benefits:
NWF’s pay is developed based on relevant job market data. NWF considers a candidate’s education, previous experiences, knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as internal equity when making job offers. The target compensation for this role is $55,000 - $60,000.
