  What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  - Own and optimize the marketing automation platform (Marketo) and develop automated email nurture programs
  - Manage the marketing tech stack, including integrations with Salesforce and analytics platforms
  - Define, track, and report on key marketing KPIs and create dashboards for data-driven decisions
  - Optimize lead routing, scoring, and campaign attribution models to improve conversion rates
  - Collaborate with demand generation, lifecycle, product marketing, and sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
  
  What is Required (Qualifications):
  - 8+ years in a marketing operations role in a B2B SaaS environment
  - Deep experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, specifically Marketo and Salesforce
  - Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools, preferably Tableau
  - Proven experience with lead scoring, attribution modeling, and marketing campaign reporting
  - Excellent project management and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team environment
