      The Opportunity

      "Are you passionate about streamlining processes, driving efficiency, and managing projects that bring teams together? We’re seeking a Marketing Project Manager to drive operational excellence and lead key projects across our marketing organization. In this role, you’ll design, develop and manage operational processes that enhance team efficiency across the Marketing functions through tools like Asana. You’ll also lead cross-functional projects across Operations, Digital, Content, and Demand Generation, ensuring smooth collaboration and execution." - Hiring Manager

      What You’ll contribute

      • Process Optimization: Lead the charge in refining and streamlining workflows, making the marketing engine run smoother and faster. You’ll master tools like Asana, making operational processes more efficient, from design requests to project execution.

      • Project Management: Own marketing projects from start to finish—setting goals, managing timelines, and ensuring flawless execution. Your ability to oversee everything from resource allocation to on-time delivery will be key to driving impactful results.

      • Tool Management: You’ll evaluate, manage, and optimize the tools that keep our projects running smoothly. From onboarding new team members to maintaining licenses, you’ll ensure our marketing tech stack is performing at its best.

      • Team Collaboration: Be the glue that holds cross-functional teams together, facilitating communication between designers, event managers, product marketing, and other key stakeholders. Clear communication, timely updates, and consistent alignment will set you and your team up for success.

      • Quality Assurance: You'll be the champion of design consistency and brand standards, ensuring our marketing efforts meet the highest quality standards while fostering creativity and innovation.

      • Risk Management & Problem Solving: Adapt to changing priorities with ease, solving challenges quickly and escalating issues when needed. Your ability to pivot, offer solutions, and manage risk will keep projects on track and stakeholders informed.

      • Operational & Project Metrics: Track performance, analyze data, and implement improvements that boost productivity. Your insights will lead to smarter, faster, and more effective marketing processes.

      • Documentation & Training: Develop and maintain a repository of best practices, creative briefs, and process guidelines. You’ll also play a key role in onboarding new team members, providing training on tools and processes to keep everyone aligned and equipped for success.

      What we’re seeking

      • You have 7+ years of experience in project management, marketing operations, or design operations, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

      • You're a pro with tools like Asana, and have a strong grasp of marketing functions—from creative design to digital and demand generation.

      • Your communication skills are top-notch, and you excel at working within collaborative, cross-functional teams.

      • Resourceful and flexible, you thrive on problem-solving and continuous improvement. Taking initiative comes naturally to you, and you're always ready to adapt to shifting priorities.

      • PMP certification is a plus, and proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) will be valuable in this role.

      • Attention to detail: #your favorite project management tool on your resume.
