What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the development of proposal materials and manage the entire proposal process from coordination to interview
- Collaborate with Marketing teammates and Client Leaders to create effective pursuit strategies
- Develop and update marketing materials, including resumes and presentations, adhering to brand standards
- Conduct marketing research to support market and office strategies
- Manage and maintain proposal filing systems and ensure high-quality content delivery
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role within a professional services firm
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with strong project management skills
- Ability to drive large and complex pursuits independently
- Proficiency in InDesign, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 7+ years of experience in a marketing or communications role
- Experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, writing, and design
- Familiarity with Deltek Vantagepoint, Sharepoint, Open Asset, and Miro
