      Compensation: $22.00/HR

      Location: Rochester, NY - 1600 Lexington Avenue

      In our Transportation/Shipping role as a Sr Material Handler, you'll be part of a world-class team dedicated to flawless execution and outstanding service.

      A Day in the life:

      • Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move and store materials strictly according to safety standards.
      • Ensure accurate and timely picking, packing, and shipping of materials to meet customer demands.
      • Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records to support our ambitious goals..
      • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.

      Education:

      • High school diploma or equivalent required.

      Experience:

      • Required: Minimum of 1 year of work experience in distribution, warehouse or supply chain or related field.
      • Licensed to operate stand-up truck experience preferred.

      Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

      • Must have basic understanding of SAP, and use of weigh scales.
      • Strong understanding of safety protocols and regulations in a transportation/shipping environment.
      • Must be able to perform simple math such as add, subtract whole numbers.
      • Must be able to read, write, and understand the English language
      • Knowledge in MS Office including Microsoft Word and Excel
      • Must have excellent hand/eye coordination skills, and the ability to lift and load pallets with weights up to 50 pounds.

      The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in New York is $16.86–$22.48.
