Supporting and assisting with implementation of new insights and solutions as well as participating in customer tours with the understanding of the service center tour Presentation and Script.
Bring potential safety issues to the attention of the Warehouse Group Leader, Lead Warehouse Specialist and/or Site Manager.
Understand and complete PPI Lean Leadership tools such as Daily Management Board, 5S, Standard Work, Problem Solving and Kaizen Events. Work to continually improve work process accuracy and efficiency.
Populate data for Tier 1 Board Metrics and flow interrupters.
Accurately perform material handling processes required to receive, store, pick and ship material.
Accurately perform the receiving inspections of inbound shipments and storage of products in designated warehouse locations.
Accurately perform order picking functions and prepare orders for shipment including required inspections of sales order and shipping manifest.
Obtain required HAZMAT training and knowledge.
Accurately perform required warehouse tasks such as warehouse equipment maintenance and calibration, temperature control monitoring, pest control and housekeeping requirements as advised by the facility leadership.
Learn and complete ISO 9001:2015 Quality System Procedures and Work Instructions and cGMP guidelines related to this position’s duties and responsibilities.
Meet the operational standards set forth in the Company’s and Distribution Services strategic yearly plan.
Ability to operate the equipment to complete warehouses processes (Pallet jack, Forklift, Stretch wrapper).
Complete team tasks such as Supply Chain Services on time and provide open and honest constructive feedback to other employees and leaders regarding problems or challenges.
Completes required tasks in timely and accurate manner.
To Support Individual Career Development there is a band 3/level 2 which is a Senior Warehouse Services Specialist within the Career Development Progression Map.
High School diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience in warehousing and material handling.
HAZMAT shipping experience desirable.
Ability to optimally interact with other subject areas within the Company such as Customer Service, Quality and Procurement.
Forklift experience is useful, or must become forklift certified within 30 days of employment
Physical ability to perform materials handling responsibilities including sitting, standing, bending, lifting/carrying up to 50lbs, walking, pushing/pulling, driving a forklift, and operating other warehouse equipment with or without reasonable accommodation

Compensation and Benefits
The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in California is $18.55–$27.82.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
