      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage and optimize programmatic, linear TV, and connected TV advertising campaigns using various DSPs and ad-serving platforms
      - Develop and implement test design roadmaps, quarterly planning initiatives, and business opportunity identification and execution
      - Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations
      - Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging opportunities and challenges in programmatic and TV media
      - Provide media expertise and guidance to internal and external stakeholders

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative or analytical field
      - 5+ years of experience in programmatic and TV media buying, preferably in a nonprofit or agency setting
      - Proficiency in using DSPs, ad-serving platforms, and analytics tools such as Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics
      - Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel
      - Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and organizational skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience onboarding and training team members on platform fundamentals and advanced features
      - Familiarity with a multitude of DSPs and knowledge of their unique selling points
