      Job Overview

      Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers.

      Job Requirements

        1. Entire Process development technical leader Including Process Define, Ball Parking List review, cost optimization from Project start to finish
        2. Coordinate Design Review and DFM Review and Document
        3. Initiate and guide PFMEA design and update
        4. Leadership and trouble shooter in LVM process development, tooling, production, issues actions
        5. Launch project through FACA /QCPC at yield and rate
        6. Provide Detail Process Definition and Requirements to Automation Team for Auto MC development
        7. Concept design for core assembly process and tooling, DOE Experiment Design
        8. Challenge Product Design for Manufacturability and cost feasibility.

      What your background should look like

      1. Bachelor or above degree and engineering background
      2. 8+ yrs. in Connector Assembly process development or automation development
      3. Good team work and communication skills
      4. Skillful in using Auto-cad and Pro/e
      5. Knowledgeable of quality control and quality issue analysis and improvement
      6. English communication skill- Fluent in written and Spoken English.
