Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies aligned with corporate objectives and strengthening brand positioning.
Contribute to the development of annual marketing plans and lead the execution of key initiatives.
Manage and develop a team of brand marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
Provide mentorship, performance feedback, and development opportunities to ensure team success.
Collaborate with internal teams, including Marketing Operations, Creative, and Business Development, to ensure brand consistency and integrated marketing execution.
Partner with key stakeholders to support go-to-market strategies and product launches.
Oversee planning, development, and execution of brand marketing campaigns across digital, traditional and in-office channels.
Ensure all marketing initiatives meet performance goals and brand standards.
Work with external agencies, media partners, and creative vendors to execute campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
Analyze campaign performance data to track effectiveness and optimize future marketing efforts.
Leverage insights from analytics teams to drive decision-making and resource allocation.
Assist in managing budgets for brand marketing initiatives, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Serve as a brand advocate internally, ensuring brand messaging is consistently communicated.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field of study from an accredited college or university. In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience.
8+ years of professional experience in brand marketing.
4+ years of leadership experience.
Experience executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Experience interpreting marketing performance metrics.
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field of study from an accredited college or university.
Experience in dental, retail or healthcare industry.
Experience working for marketing agencies.
Ability to stay informed and maintain knowledge about industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to drive innovation and maintain brand relevance.
Ability to apply strategic thinking, team leadership, and a data-driven approach to campaign management.
Ability to effectively execute brand marketing strategies.
Demonstrated effective leadership and team development skills as well as organizational and project management skills.
Expertise in managing marketing campaigns across various channels.
Analytical mindset to assess campaign performance and optimize results.
Proficiency in marketing technology platforms and project management tools.
Demonstrated effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams at all levels of the organization and externally.
Ability to be adaptable and innovative with a proactive problem resolution approach.
Ability to manage budget with a focus on delivering return on investment (ROI).
Ability to work well in fast-paced environment with multiple competing priorities.
