      We’re optimizing how our go-to-market, product and tech teams plan, execute, and review strategic work. We focus on making planning smarter, execution tighter and reviews more actionable - all in service of shipping better experiences to millions of buyers and sellers. As the Senior Manager, Business Operations and Planning Lead, you will shape how our organization plans and delivers against our most critical priorities. This role will be central to leading company-wide planning efforts, aligning cross-functional teams, and ensuring our most important initiatives are tracked and executed effectively.


      What You Will Accomplish

      In this role, you’ll act as a central orchestrator across teams including Go-to-Market, Product, Engineering, Tech, Design, Marketing, Finance and more. You’ll lead the full lifecycle of planning - from strategy to execution to performance review. You’ll contribute to building a culture of operational excellence by establishing and demonstrating what good looks like - across process improvement, project management, documentation of business processes to continuously improve operations. Your work will ensure that strategic goals are translated into coordinated action and measurable results across the company and for our customers.

      This role will be accountable for driving the end-to-end lifecycle of planning across three key areas:

      • Strategic Planning: Shape and lead company-wide planning cycles by aligning priorities, clarifying initiative scope, and ensuring process support the most impactful outcomes. Align teams around priorities, resource allocations and clear outcomes

      • Execution Planning: Build and maintain a centralized, high-level execution planning program that aligns with cross-functional initiatives, uplevels key milestones and dependencies, and enables PMOs and delivery teams to implement with greater clarity, consistency and focus. Work with engineering, product managers and supporting teams to estimate and drive decisions to align technical resource dependencies and necessary allocations.

      • Business Performance and Tracking: Drive business review cadences that track initiative progress, surface insights, and inform adjustments to strategy and execution. Continuously optimize reporting to track progress across top initiatives, surface risks and drive leadership decisions .Build dashboards and reporting of objectives and key results, company goals with partners in Analytics and Finance

      What You Will Bring

      • 7+ years of experience in strategic planning, business operations, or portfolio/program management in a technology company

      • A strong track record of leading cross-functional planning and operational processes with multiple partners

      • A data-driven attitude and comfort with tools such as Jira, Airtable, Tableau, Smartsheet, Notion, or similar

      • A deep understanding of how Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams operate and interconnect

      • A systems-thinker with strong instincts for structure, process, and governance

      • Ability to connect with clarity and influence without authority

      • Collaborative, pragmatic, and resilient in fast-paced environments

      The base pay range for this position is expected in the range below:

      $123,600 - $198,100

      Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including location, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including a target bonus and restricted stock units (as applicable) in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as PTO and parental leave). Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

      If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
