What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead and empower a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
- Drive initiatives aligned with the employer's mission and strategic objectives
- Track and respond to KPIs and performance indicators for shared services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product launches
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and enhance their experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in a field relevant to product management
- 8+ years of experience in relevant roles such as business analyst, product owner, or product manager
- 5+ years of experience in leadership roles
- Proven track record of driving initiatives and engaging stakeholders
- Experience in the healthcare and finance industries, particularly with spending accounts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience implementing third-party solutions and managing migrations
- Familiarity with data sharing processes involving customers and partners (API, file integrations)
