      What You Will Do:

      • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and create operational solutions that accomplish specific business objectives, driving continuous improvement across all aspects of the supply chain.

      • Manage large competitive pursuits and on-contract program growth

      • Working closely with Program Management, Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), Engineering, Quality, Production Control and Procurement to ensure successful supplier management and execution in supporting program needs and requirements

      • Manage the Supply Chain team including, but not limited to, subcontract management, ERP/MRP, logistics, material estimating, proposal development and financial reporting.

      • Aligns the regulatory environment (FAR’s DFAR’s, etc..) as well as with ITAR and EXIM requirements.

      • Required to manage the resources of the responsible organization to balance the job levels/skill-sets to meet program cost and schedule objectives.

      Qualifications You Must Have:

      • Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years experience

      • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.

      • U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

      • Proven ability to develop and maintain thorough relationships based on mutual respect with senior level internal and external customers, peers, and team members

      • Problem solving and critical thinking skills, ability to exercise self-guided judgement and manage complexity and ambiguity

      • Proven track record that includes collaborating with Program Management and Engineering/Technical team members regarding management of SOW requirements and subcontractor work outputs (including cost and schedule)

      • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills

      • Demonstrated project management skills

      The salary range for this role is 118,000 USD - 246,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

      This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
