This role is a hybrid position based out of our Corporate Campus in Dallas, TX, which requires Employees to work onsite on our Corporate Campus at least three days a week. The Department designates the specific three days of the week Employees must work on-site.
U.S. citizenship or current authorization to work in the U.S. required and no current or future work authorization sponsorship available .
- Partner with Department Leadership and other departments to lead various activities required in the ongoing development of the Department Strategic plan, associated portfolios, Technology roadmap/support and implementation of initiatives against the plan
- Oversee strategic planning development, maintenance, and program management when necessary
- Understand implications of department strategic plan and anticipate key opportunities, risks, and dependencies
- Collaborate with Leaders throughout the NOC organization
- Support the measurement of multiple strategic and cross functional opportunities and programs
- Drive research, analysis, and development support for new business opportunities when necessary
- Partner with NOC Leaders, Corporate Planning, FP&A and Technology departments to ensure alignment throughout the strategic alignment process
- May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders
- Knowledge of business plan development, maintenance, and opportunity assessment
- Knowledge of developing and delivering presentations to large audiences including Senior Leadership
- Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
- Ability to assume a high level of responsibility and to provide direction in a cross-functional, Team-oriented environment
- Ability to work with regulatory constraints and meet deadlines
- Ability to design and conduct analysis, as well as synthesize recommendations
- Ability to effectively manage highly sensitive and confidential information
- Required: High School Diploma or GED
- Expert level experience, expansive and far-reaching knowledge in:
- Developing and executing business plans
- Partnering with Departmental Senior Leaders and/or complex business issues

- Ability to perform work duties from [limited space workstation/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
- Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
- Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
- Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
- Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines
- Ability to work extended hours based on operational needs

Competitive market salary from $118,600 per year to $131,800 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
