      Req#: R-010290
      The JMPS Specialist provides subject matter expertise and supports improvement activities across the site. They provide training, coaching and facilitation services in all areas of Continuous Improvement. The role reports to the Site JMPS Lead

      PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Drive, facilitate and support JMPS Improvement activity / projects.

      • Provide leadership and support to ensure improvement teams are productive.

      • Manage multi-disciplined improvement teams directly and indirectly.

      • Provide SME coverage in Lean tools and techniques.

      • Delivery of JMPS / Lean tools training.

      • Evaluate and assess the effectiveness of all training activities and implement relevant improvements.

      • Manage and maintain JMPS / Lean skills database.

      • Develop necessary documentation and standard operating procedures.

      • Provide effective coaching support.

      • Capture and communicate best practice across the site.

      • Perform other duties as required.
