You will be a Lean Practitioner, coaching functional and production leaders on the principles of Lean & Operational Excellence.
you will lead cross-functional teams using Structured Problem-Solving methodology to both return processes to standard and make process improvements.
You will schedule, plan, organize and lead Value Stream Mapping activities, involving cross functional teams to identify improvement opportunities.
You will lead cross-functional teams in executing major kaizen activities.
You will institutionalize & deploy the daily production management system with correct roles, content & process.
You will drive the Operational Excellence strategy, deploying best in class systems and tools in production and functional areas
You are an experienced Lean Practitioner
You have led several large, complex, value steam stream mapping activities, involving cross-functional teams.
You have identified, planned, scheduled, and led several largescale kaizen activities involving cross -functional teams that have yielded significant waste reduction and/or process improvement results.
You’ve developed mastery of Lean 6Sigma Black Belt or equivalent, through leading several improvement projects involving cross-functional teams.
You are experienced at leading teams in using lean tools such as SIPOC, 6S, RCA, 5 WHY etc.
You’re experienced at knowing when to coach, direct, execute or escalate to achieve results and have several demonstrable examples.
You are adaptable to shifting business needs.
You value teamwork, inclusion and have a respect for every individual
At this level a graduate level degree may be desirable with 3 years of relatable experience
At this level a PhD level degree may be desirable with 0-2 years of relatable experience

Typically requires a Bachelors degree in a technical discipline, and a minimum of 5-8 years related experience
