What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage in internal consulting for Project Management and Process Improvement activities
- Provide project management support and oversee operational aspects of engagements
- Manage risk, issue, and change resolution processes
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance to project teams
- Develop and deliver solutions to drive targets
What is Required (Qualifications):
- BA/BS in a related field or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt certification preferred
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to identify strategies, controls, and measures to monitor and mitigate risks
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2-4 years of experience in healthcare consulting or related field
- Experience with process improvement methodologies
