      Job Description:

      Job Summary
      • Responsible for all aspects of project management for highly complex, highly visible projects over the entire lifecycle of the initiatives. Understands complex, cross-functional business objectives and scope and assembles a Team to deliver superior results for their projects. Works closely with accountable Leaders in Business (Commercial and Operations) and Technology to ensure projects deliver the desired business objectives and value, while managing scope, timeline, budget and risk.

      Responsibilities

      • Partner with Ops Strategy and Implementation Managers and Directors to lead projects in support of the department's strategic plan
      • Understands complex business objectives and scope; based on the initiative, partners with program managers, project managers, business consultants, and subject matter experts to define and deliver the objectives
      • Develop project charters and project plans for multiple simultaneous projects or for a single high complexity project spanning multiple functional areas including scope, budget and schedule and executes tasks defined in the project plan to achieve project goals using standard project management methodologies and practices
      • Communicate plan and all relevant components of the plan such as risk, schedules, expectations, and ongoing updates to Leaders, Stakeholders, Sponsors, and Project Teams to maintain project alignment
      • Partner with resource managers, Business Partners, and vendors to assemble a project Team and provide ongoing motivation to drive projects to successful completion
      • Proactively monitor risks, issues, and scope, ensuring the appropriate level of priority, visibility, and escalation
      • Build trust and influence without authority cross-functionally and across diverse Teams
      • Mentors less experienced project managers
      • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders

      Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
      • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, Leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of People and resources
      • Knowledge of project management processes, procedures, and tools
      • Knowledge of MS Project, Visio, and MS Office Suite including SharePoint
      • Knowledge of financial management principles to create, track, and update project finances and business case
      • Skilled in understanding and applying information to contribute to the organization's strategic plan
      • Skilled in using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems
      • Ability to listen to, understand, and communicate ideas presented in writing and/or in speaking with others
      Education
      • Required: High School Diploma or GED
      Experience
      • Expert level experience, expansive and far reaching knowledge in:
        • Project management
        • Issue and risk management

      Licensing/Certification
      • N/A

      Physical Abilities
      • Ability to perform work duties from [limited space work station/desk/office area] for extended periods of time
      • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
      • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job

      Other Qualifications
      • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
      • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
      • Must be at least 18 years of age
      • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

      Pay & Benefits:

      Competitive market salary from $122,200 per year to $135,800 per

      year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual

      contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the

      discretion of the company.
