What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and execute change plans for tech initiatives
- Develop comprehensive change management strategies to support organizational objectives
- Assess the impact of changes and develop strategies to address resistance and mitigate risks
- Create and execute communication plans to keep associates informed about changes
- Monitor and track the progress of change initiatives, adjusting plans as necessary for successful implementation
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5+ years of proven experience in organizational change management (OCM), preferably in tech or a fast-paced environment
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships across all organizational levels
- Proven time and project management skills with experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data to inform change recommendations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience driving initiatives tied to cultural or technology change
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Exceptional written and design skills
- Ability to balance independent work with team collaboration
- Certification in Prosci is a plus
