What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build consultative relationships with business partners to drive performance improvement initiatives
- Design and implement learning and performance improvement solutions tailored to business needs
- Lead training sessions and develop instructor-led course materials using various methodologies
- Analyze performance data to identify gaps and recommend solutions for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to define performance standards and assess training needs

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Industrial Psychology, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in performance management, learning & development, or talent development
- Strong knowledge of performance improvement and consulting practices
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to travel up to 25%

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Human Performance Technologist (ISPI) or Certified Professional in Talent Development (ATD)
- Healthcare experience is a plus
- Ability to develop and deliver learning to diverse audiences and cultures
- Experience in change management and instructional design
