What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Analyze and report on business unit metrics relevant to traffic, monetization, and conversion quality
- Manage day-to-day operations of high-impact marketing campaigns, focusing on customer acquisition and performance management
- Monitor daily performance metrics and optimize traffic quality towards business targets
- Produce and present executive reports to inform high-level decision-making
- Mentor and guide junior-level analysts while overseeing their professional development
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in a data analytical role; 3+ years managing paid digital marketing campaigns
- Experience in performance marketing or direct response advertising
- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, mathematics, computer science, or statistics preferred
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail and the ability to present findings clearly
- Excellent communication skills and strong working knowledge of Excel
