What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify and reach out to potential physician candidates using various platforms
- Source talent for a variety of physician positions to support the medical practice
- Create and manage clear and appealing job postings for physician roles
- Execute effective sourcing strategies and manage relationships with search firms
- Maintain and update a database of physician candidates, tracking their progress through the recruitment process
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- 5-7 years of physician or APP recruitment experience; Radiologist recruitment experience required
- Experience using traditional and nontraditional resources to identify and attract quality candidates
- Strong partnership skills with stakeholders at all levels, emphasizing accountability and high standards for talent
- Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills

- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare startup environment
- Familiarity with various recruitment technologies and platforms
- Proven track record of successfully hiring for hard-to-fill physician roles
