What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified physician candidates for recruitment
- Analyze and develop strategies to grow the physician applicant pool
- Maintain a network of clinicians and third parties involved in recruitment
- Implement proactive recruitment strategies for open positions
- Coordinate and attend recruitment events and conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in physician recruitment
- Knowledge of clinical and educational requirements for licensing and certification
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and CRMs
- Compliance with all HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Association for Advancing Physician and Provider Recruitment accreditation
- Experience exceeding annual recruitment goals
