      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, abstract, and perform quality control data audits of property documents, maintaining lease information in technology systems
      - Conduct desktop audits of Year-End Common Area Maintenance (CAM), Insurance, and Real Estate Tax reconciliations
      - Ensure financial obligations are accurate and monthly rents are processed timely
      - Manage the subtenant process, including collection of monthly rent and invoicing
      - Communicate with internal and external partners regarding critical dates and real estate policies

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of experience in property management or related field
      - Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
      - Proficient in document management and financial analysis
      - Excellent communication skills for client and landlord interactions
      - Ability to train new associates and provide guidance to team members

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with lease documents and property management software
      - Experience in dispute resolution with landlords
      - Knowledge of industry standards and trends in real estate services
      - Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and lease agreements
