      Job Description

      • Candidate will be responsible for processing expense reports, ensuring compliance with the Company s travel policy, receipt auditing, and assisting with managing the Company s Travel card program
      • The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience on travel and expense programs and processes, working knowledge on Concur with strong communication and problem solving skills

      • To ensure that the team complete the Audits as per the agreed timelines and accuracy
      • Responsible for TE activities for the regions - Audits / reporting Non-compliances/ E-vendor clearing / Concur queries reports etc
      • To take end to end ownership of issues and resolve them through agreed methodology
      • Follow up and resolve issues and escalations from internal and external stakeholders.
      • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
      • Process and audit expense reports to ensure compliance with company policies and reporting requirements
      • Follow-up with employees regarding out-of-policy expenses, missing receipts, incorrect expense type, and missing attendee file
      • Assist in managing the Company s Travel card program (issuing cards, terminating cards, etc)
      • Provide guidance to employees and managers on correcting, submitting and approving expense reports
      • Provide training to employees, including quarterly online sessions
      • Manage and prepare semi-monthly funding files and other T&E reports using Concur Tools
      • Reconcile files and continuously improve Concur Travel & Expense tools and processes
      • Manage the Infoblox travel approval system and ensure timely response of employee managers on travel exception approval
      • Run various T&E reports via the Concur Intelligence reporting tool for the general ledger (GL) team and management

      • 6+ years experience in managing travel & expense program or related
      • Experience with using Concur Premier
      • Possess strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
      • Bachelor s Degree in Business Administration/Finance or equivalent

      • Develop strong understanding on categories of expenses, Corp Card issuance and management, Travel guidelines, policies
      • Become familiar with all Infoblox claims audit , processes, and best practices

      Accounting, Preparing Financial Reports, SAP Travel & Expense (SAP T&E)
