      Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) leverages Amazon’s global fulfillment and customer service network for third-party sellers who want to grow their business on and off Amazon. FBA enables customers to take advantage of Free Shipping and Amazon Prime on third party items, while enabling sellers to focus on sourcing new products and selling rather than storing, shipping and providing customer service.

      FBA Japan is searching for a talented and enthusiastic Sr. Process Improvement Specialist, Inbound Transportation with a strong customer focus. In this role, you will be responsible for innovating new ways for Seller to send their inventory to Amazon, helping them develop successful, profitable businesses.

      You will work closely with transportation teams including Amazon Transportation Services (ATS), Amazon Logistics (AMZL), and 3P carrier management team.

      Key job responsibilities
      - Own implementation and adoption of strategic initiatives which will help sellers improve their economics.
      - To achieve your goals, you will work with functions that cut across the organization including tech, operations, and account managers.
      - Perform data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
      - Own reporting to leadership.

      - 5+ years experience with project management
      - Analytical capabilities to identify opportunities for improvements
      - Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to work successfully with teams across organization and global teams
      - Japanese – business level / English – business level including verbal and written communications.
      - Bachelor's degree required- Experience in e-Commerce, Supply Chain, Logistics, Consulting, or Finance
      - Master’s degree or equivalent in Logistics / Supply Chain / Mathematics / Science / Engineering
      - Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
      - Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
      - Ability to run business analytics using SQL & Excel
