Role Description

As a Product Manager focused on ArcGIS Enterprise on Kubernetes, you'll work with dynamic teams applying the latest cloud-native technology patterns. This is a fast-growth, high-impact product, foundational to Esri's long-term strategy. The role requires a highly driven, self-motivated individual who will collaborate across Esri, partners, international distributors, and customers worldwide. You will champion customer needs, support sales and positioning, and contribute to Esri's cloud-native initiatives.

Responsibilities

1. Gather and prioritize feedback from end users and administrators to influence product direction and explore trends
2. Champion cloud-native software capabilities, strategy, and roadmap across teams
3. Educate teams on how ArcGIS Enterprise supports various GIS functions
4. Assist sales teams and customers with software evaluations and TCO explanations
5. Stay updated on cloud technology and ArcGIS trends to align product strategy
6. Create content to help position the product effectively
7. Provide product expertise at events and ensure internal launch readiness

Minimum Requirements

1. 5+ years in product management or technical project management
2. Experience in cloud-based software development or system administration (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
3. Strong leadership skills and decision-making guidance
4. Research and translation of customer problems into product requirements
5. Proficiency in system design, human-centered design, and technical documentation
6. Market opportunity identification and cross-functional communication skills
7. Ability to travel 10-20%
8. Bachelor's degree in relevant fields

Preferred Qualifications

1. Masters in Business Administration or related STEM field
2. Experience in software development, consulting, training, or support
3. Knowledge of cloud and database technologies, scripting languages
4. Certifications in product, project, or change management

Compensation & Benefits

Estimated base salary: $114,400 - $187,200 USD. Includes health benefits, 401(k), vacation, holidays, and growth opportunities.
