What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Shape the product vision for core AI assistant capabilities and user experiences
- Drive feature development from conception through launch, collaborating with engineering teams
- Conduct user research to understand CPA firm workflows and identify opportunities
- Define and optimize key user journeys and interaction patterns
- Analyze product performance and iterate rapidly based on user feedback and data
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or professional tools
- Experience with tax software, tax preparation workflows, or accounting firm operations
- Deep understanding of CPA firm dynamics, roles, and seasonal workflows
- Familiarity with tax compliance processes and professional accounting standards
- Strong UX intuition and experience designing complex workflow applications
