- Own dPCR plastics P&L, product roadmap, and product life cycle management.
- Understand customer needs by conducting meaningful VOC (Voice of Customers), translating the learning and insights into customer requirements, and building the business case with financial analysis and forecast.
- Collaborate and partner with the cross-functional team to deliver "best-to-market" dPCR plastics products with global reach: R&D for customer requirement/product requirement synergy, finance for business case analysis, service/support for excellent customer experience, V&V and QA/QC to ensure product meeting desired specification, operation to properly forecast stocks, marketing to evangelize and generate customer interests, and commercialization to enable customers’ success.
- Identify, establish and manage strategic partnerships in focused customer and market segments to deliver impactful contents and customer testimonials.
- Support field efforts by quickly resolving customer problems, building strong customer relationships, and relaying frontline market intel back to broader teams for continuous product improvement.
- Domestic and International travel up to 20% of the time
- Bachelor's Degree (B.S./B.A.) required in a scientific major (molecular biology, genetics, bioengineering, or biochemistry).
- MBA with work experience in the life science industry preferred.
- 7+ years of product management experience and/or strategic marketing in genomics, particularly in qPCR/dPCR. Hard consumable product management experience is a plus.
- Proven product launch and product care experience in life science industry.
- Owned a product portfolio, including pricing, forecasting and supply/demand responsibility.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and deliver winning products with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident presenter.
- Highly analytical - ability to clearly define what our customers’ success looks like.
- Strong understanding of genomic technologies – dPCR specifically.

Without the need of standard curves for quantification, life science industry is embracing digital PCR (dPCR) for applications demanding high accuracy and precision such as Cell & Gene Therapy QA/QC, rare mutation detection, Copy Number Variation (CNV) analysis, and environmental DNA monitoring. How will you make an impact?
A passionate and curious Product Manager who enjoys being around customers to empathize their challenges to manage the dPCR plastics product portfolio. We will teamwork to drive the strategy and product roadmap, develop innovative products built on our proprietary microfluidic array plate technology, and enable commercial success to grow the dPCR franchise. Working closely with Key Opinion Leaders and customers to deliver great customer experience, you will become our internal product champion by articulating why the plastics play a vital role in the success of our business and to our customers.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range estimated for this position based in California is $155,900.00–$210,000.00.This position may also be eligible to receive a variable annual bonus based on company, team, and/or individual performance results in accordance with company policy.
