      Amazon is looking for a talented, smart, and enthusiastic Senior Product Manager to focus on managing part of the Hardlines Private Brands product family under Amazon Basics in Europe. Private Brands is a long-term growth opportunity for Amazon. This role can be based in either Luxembourg or Madrid.

      You will need to:
      · Understand market segment trends and landscape for your category to create strategic and immediate operating plans for your category
      · Have a strong grasp of P&L input levers
      · Thrive in ambiguous work environments
      · Be a smart, hard-working and creative person who loves products, loves solving difficult problems and "getting it done"
      · Be comfortable collaborating and influencing team members including retail, sourcing, legal, patent and product compliance
      · Have strong project management abilities to drive scalable initiatives on behalf of the private brands business

      In this role, you will be responsible for delivering:
      · Top and bottom line growth for the categories under your remit
      · Creating a data-driven long-term roadmap for each category
      · Identifying new product development opportunities and current products in need of refresh
      · Driving the success of new product launchesBachelor's degree or equivalent
      Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
      Experience with end to end product delivery
      Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
      Experience as a product manager or owner
      Experience owning technology products
      Experience with product cycles of 6+ months
      Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technologyExperience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
      Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
