The Home Entertainment & Video Games categories are focused on delivering a world-class customer experience by bringing a large selection of brands and products to millions of customers. We are looking for a passionate Sr. Product Manager to lead our innovation internally with Heavy Bulky Services/Amazon XL while collaborating with external vendors to drive adoption of these services for televisions. We also seek someone who is passionate about delivering a best in class experience for customers shopping for Video Games, enabling their ability to receive new releases immediately. Joining Home Entertainment/Video Games means working on a dynamic and creative team which sets a high bar for innovation and success in a fast-paced and changing environment. We expect a Senior Product Manager to be a passionate customer and category advocate within Amazon, with proven ability to develop and manage relationships, influence strategy and execute, drive results, influence both internal and external stakeholders and demonstrate competency with business and financial analytics. The Senior Product Manager must be an effective leader and communicator in working with some of Amazon's most important partners, as well as with internal groups such as vendor management, marketing, PR, finance, operations, HBS, AMZL, S&OP, and AMXL.- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
