      We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic Product Manager to be part of the team that’s transforming the fight against cancer and improving the lives of more patients. Backed by the strength of a Fortune 7 company, Ontada is an oncology data science and technology business. We specialize in real-world data and evidence generation that accelerates life science research, clinical technologies that support community providers with precise care, and provider engagement channels that enable education and insights.

      Key Responsibilities

      Day to day, th e Sr. Product Manager manages the tasks, dependencies, and risks associated with one or more projects to ensure successful completion and adherence to quality standards, budgetary guidelines, and timelines . Your typical days include the following activities:

      • Owns, defines, and executes the roadmap for Life Science Chart Abstraction Tool and other Life Science products as needed.

      • Collaborate and work across cross-functional teams (Product, Operations, Chief Medical office, Content, engineering, design, and privacy ) to define Life Science chart abstraction product requirements .

      • Communicate s trategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders and clients .

      • Define business requirements and priorities aligned with the roadmap .

      • Plans, evaluates, and maintains work systems and processes that enable and encourage the best performance from technology by driving efficient design and innovation .

      Core Competencies

      • Understanding of Oncology and clinical data .

      • Agile product management expertise across the entire product lifecycle.

      • Ability to listen to the needs of internal and external stakeholders and translate those needs into product roadmap.

      • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills

      • Understanding and listening to team members and fostering a productive team environment .

      • Resolving and negotiating conflicts or problems with tact, diplomacy , and composure .

      • Handling multiple projects and priorities with organizational and time management skills

      Minimum Requirements

      • 7+ years experience in healthcare product management

      Critical Skills

      • Agile product management

      • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

      • Demonstrated outstanding communications and customer/ stakeholder management skills

      • Excellent ability to build relationships, align and influence diverse stakeholders and achieve outcomes

      • Experience in building applications to drive operational efficiencies.

      Education

      • 4-year degree

      • Ma ster preferred

      Must be authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without support McKesson.

      Relocation is NOT budgeted for this position.

      Your Work Environment

      • Location: US Remote

      • Preferred time zone: Central or Eastern United States

      • Preferred working hours: 8 to 5

      • Travel: You can expect some occasional travel (up to 10%).

      • Must be authorized to work in the U.S, now or in the future, without support McKesson.

      • Relocation is NOT budgeted for this positio n .

This is determined by several factors, including performance, experience and skills, equity, regular job market evaluations, and geographical markets.       Our Base Pay Range for this position

      $120,400 - $200,600
