- As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead a value stream product across multiple digital applications
- Primary activities include - Defining vision, strategy, and OKRs for a new care team collaboration and communications platform. Executing your product vision across multiple applications for multiple user groups
- Influence product executives and get their buy in to accomplish your value stream product priorities within their applications
- Lead agile scrum teams in prioritizing features that advance your product strategy and vision
- Partner closely with your research team to validate assumptions and problem statements with your users
- Write requirements/stories that allow your UX and Engineering teams to design and test product solutions
- Create solution prototypes and implement Beta and A/B tests to validate possible solutions that will advance your roadmap objectives
- Recognize that the most effective way to understand your product's performance is to observe it in the field. You'll be expected to visit our users and directly observe your products in action and return to the office to share your observations and feedback
- Partner closely with our legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure that we are delivering a product that meets all legal and compliance requirements
- A bachelor’s degree
- 6+ years of experience as a Product Manager or equivalent role in an agile environment, focused on digital products
- Strong executive presence and ability to communicate and influence VP level and above stakeholders
- Product evangelist and product mentor for others
- Experience building high complexity product solutions and achieving outcomes that span multiple business focus areas
- Possess exceptional problem-solving, organization, communication skills, and make it your mission to get things done despite roadblocks and challenges.
- Inspire those around you to care about and understand the "why" behind a solution
- Skilled in juggling multiple tasks, prioritizing them effectively, and delivering on tight deadlines.
- An ability to thrive in an organization that changes quickly
- Demonstrated ability to easily build expertise in unfamiliar domains
- Strong relationship building skills and the ability to partner with technical, clinical, and senior business stakeholders to accomplish goals
- Experience building communications and collaboration products
- Experience building 0 to 1 value stream products
- Industry experience can be an invaluable substitute for direct product management skills. Candidates that possess knowledge of nephrology practices, using electronic health care records systems, or providing care for renal patients will be strongly considered.

We have an opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to lead a value stream product across multiple digital applications. Your primary activities will include defining vision, strategy, and OKRs for a new care team collaboration and communications platform and then executing your product vision across multiple applications for multiple user groups.
We are looking for someone who is an expert relationship builder, has a bias towards action, can collaborate with cross-functional teams, and is obsessive about breaking down complex problems into product solutions with their engineering and design teams.

Salary/ Wage Range
$91,000.00 - $133,700.00 / yearCompensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside of the range shown.
