What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Align the service transformation program with company goals and initiatives
- Craft product requirements to support exceptional customer service delivery
- Create and maintain product roadmaps in collaboration with various teams
- Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders across customer service, operations, and billing
- Analyze metrics to evaluate product success and identify opportunities for improvement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare, or a related field; entrepreneurial experience preferred
- 5-8 years of software product management experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of leading organizational transformation and driving customer service excellence
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile/scrum methodologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive product decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in life sciences, technology, molecular diagnostics, or biotech/pharma
- Experience working with Salesforce, although not a firm requirement
- Strong presentation skills and business acumen
- Curiosity and drive to work in the genetic testing industry
- Experience working with a remote team
