      Sr. Product Manager, Server Protection Location: Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid - in-office Tues, Wed and Thrus.)

      You will work with incredibly talented product managers, experienced development teams, motivated sales colleagues and other cross-functional teams to build data protection solutions for physical and virtual servers.

      The Opportunity

      As a Sr. Product Manager, you will drive product strategy and execution for the SMB server protection portfolio. Working closely with Engineering, UX, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams, you will own all aspects of the software development cycle to improve our SaaS, on-prem and hybrid data protection solutions.

      As a member of our global Product Management team, and based in Canada, you will work on innovative cyber-resiliency solutions leveraged by businesses around the world. Focusing on data protection solutions, you will influence, define and execute the vision and strategy for our SaaS, on-prem and hybrid platforms.

      We are seeking a seasoned product leader capable of leading cross-functional teams with minimal supervision and who is comfortable making difficult decisions. You must be able to articulate your vision and influence key internal and external stakeholders.

      You Are Great At:

      • Leading product discovery engagements with customers to identify new features and solutions to solve customer problems.

      • Building product vision, strategy, and prioritizing roadmap.

      • Managing products through all stages of the lifecycle.

      • Supporting Agile product teams by owning backlog and working with Engineering to turn ideas into great products.

      • Evangelizing your product in customer meetings, webinars and other virtual events.

      What It Takes:

      • Product management and product owner experience with end-to-end ownership of your products.

      • Strong leader with business-owner mindset capable of handling ambiguity and leading cross-functional teams

      • Ability to lead various customer-facing activities including requirements elicitation, feature validation and webinars to articulate the value of our solutions.

      • Ability to create roadmaps, define scope, write user stories, groom backlog, and prioritize stories for development sprints.

      • Knowledge of Agile software development lifecycle process and methodologies.

      • Managing product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities for multiple products targeting small businesses.

      • Experience in the data protection or cyber security domains.

      • Experience building and improving SaaS solutions
