      What you can expect

      We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy and development of next-generation AI-powered customer experience solutions for Zoom’s cloud contact center platform. This is a high-impact role that will shape the future of intelligent customer interactions, driving automation, insight, and operational excellence.

      Responsibilities

      • Defining and executing the product strategy for intelligent automation solutions

      • Leading the development of AI-powered features to streamline contact center operations

      • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product roadmap development

      • Defining success metrics and KPIs for customer experience features

      • Partnering with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies

      • Ensuring compliance with privacy regulations and contact center security standards

      What we’re looking for

      • Have a Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; a Master's is an advantage.

      • 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years building cloud contact center solutions

      • Possess a solid technical background with understanding of NLP, Conversational AI, Contact center integration and workflow automation; Cloud infrastructure and enterprise scalability

      • Have a proven track record of successful contact center software product launches

      • Have working knowledge of enterprise software and B2B contact center products

      • Be experienced with agile development methodologies

      • Have strategic thinking and contact center domain expertise

      • Possess exceptional leadership and stakeholder management skills

      Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

      Minimum:

      $124 000,00

      Maximum:

      $271 200,00

      In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

      Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

      We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
