      When a human looks at a picture of an item, they can identify what the item is, how to handle it and whether it appears to be damaged. Our vision is to teach our systems to do what comes naturally to humans while operating at speed and scale. To solve these challenges, we leverage a rich set of data and a variety of techniques including computer vision and machine learning to automate decision making and improve customer experience.       Key job responsibilities
      We are seeking a Senior Product Manager - Technical (Senior PMT). The candidate will work with our Engineering teams as we partner with Robotics, Fulfillment/Supply Chain, Science and Hardware Engineering teams to innovate technical solutions. The candidate will drive cross-functional initiatives both in terms of guiding the design/development within our group and getting work prioritized across multiple partner teams and stakeholders. The candidate will thrive in a highly collaborative, creative, and analytical environment.

      A successful candidate will have an established background in developing products at scale. They will demonstrate strong technical ability, excellent stakeholder management and leadership in communication across individual and organizational levels. This is a product management position for someone who can navigate roadmaps in the midst of ambiguity but also adapt product visions quickly when new data becomes available.

      A day in the life
      Your specific responsibilities include:
      · Setting a holistic vision for our products and technologies in development -- or haven't been invented yet. Your challenge is to envision our Quality strategy - from sensor instrumentation, to foundational capabilities, to vertical applications.
      · Managing relationships and reporting with leadership across AFT and our customers / stakeholders
      · Driving strategy and planning for expansion and year-over-year investments across initiatives.
      · Developing strong internal relationships with key internal stakeholders and drive cross-team and cross-org alignment.
      · Establishing priorities across multiple workstreams and initiatives.
      · Finding creative ways to unblock challenges that arise and deciding when to escalate.
      · Working closely with Product Managers, Software Development, Operations, Science, and external tech teams to ensure investments and develop deliver on strategic goals.
      · Reporting (monthly and quarterly business reviews, yearly strategy documents).- Bachelor's degree
      - Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
      - Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
      - Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
      - Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
      - Experience in technical product management, program management or engineering
      - Experience with end to end product delivery- Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
      - Experience in building and driving adoption of new tools
