What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the technical delivery and stewardship of key data platforms
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Manage the team backlog, setting clear priorities and scope for optimal team allocation
- Provide guidance and mentorship to Product Owners and communicate updates to leadership
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, or Product Development & Management
- Strong understanding of data access, enrichment, catalog, and integration
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of enterprise platform product management experience, particularly in highly regulated industries
- 2-5 years of experience with Semantic Layers and familiarity with technologies like Starburst or Dremio
- Strong storytelling ability with experience presenting to executive leaders
- Knowledge of key technologies such as GCP, Databricks, and traditional operational systems
- Agile certification from a recognized vendor, PMP, or similar relevant certifications
