      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the technical delivery and stewardship of key data platforms, focusing on the Unified Access Tier
      - Collaborate with stakeholders to create and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
      - Drive the product development process from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality deliverables
      - Prioritize and manage the team backlog, ensuring alignment with business priorities
      - Provide mentorship and guidance to Product Owners and cross-functional teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a similar discipline
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Ownership, Strategic Consulting, or Product Development & Management
      - Strong understanding of data architecture, governance, and modern data practices
      - Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences
      - Experience working with external clients and fostering positive relationships

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 5+ years of enterprise platform product management experience, preferably in regulated industries such as healthcare
      - Familiarity with Semantic Layers and technologies like Starburst or Dremio
      - Experience with data governance and modernization strategies
      - Strong storytelling abilities, particularly in presenting to executive leadership
      - Agile certification from a recognized vendor (Scrum.org, SAFe, Scrum Alliance, etc.)
