What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Identify growth opportunities and implement sales tactics to improve market presence and revenue generation
- Attain specific revenue and capital placement goals for proprietary products
- Engage in co-travel with field sales to build and accelerate new business opportunities
- Regularly engage with sales leadership about critical metrics and market impact situations
- Travel moderately (75%) to customer-facing events and industry conferences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5+ years of complex selling and capital sales experience
- Proven track record in medical sales and clinical demand generation for laboratory testing
- Experience calling on physicians outside of the laboratory
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field (e.g., Life Sciences, Biology, Marketing, Business)
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, DASH, Teams, and SFDC
