      The Role

      Product stream operations manager will assume the overarching responsibility for supporting the head of Products and IT Platforms to ensure smooth operations of the stream. He/She will ensure discipline in managing and optimizing the product based operating model within the stream by leveraging ways of working.

      Some activities include testing, application maintenance, proactive monitoring, L&T onboarding and housekeeping’s/He oversees the end-to-end support operations provided by near/offshore managed-services for the given products groups and/or platform taking care of ITIL services for L2 and L3 support organizations

      The role also incorporates a level of portfolio management together with the portfolio specialists. She/he will provide with an analysis of these data allows to make the best possible use of all resources and deliver the maximum value and benefits from products, assets, suppliers and projects/programs within the portfolios. The position includes some aspects of advice and recommendations for identifying, prioritizing, and coordinating resources engaged with all or many of the elements of the IT program portfolio.

      Key Responsibilities

      • Strategic Portfolio Management: Lead regular reviews and provide recommendations on portfolio components to ensure alignment with stream strategy, business priorities, and resource availability. Make data-driven decisions on whether initiatives should continue, pivot, or be discontinued.
      • Operational Excellence: Ensure governance and execution of IT support services in line with enterprise standards. Monitor service delivery, manage resource pools for Project Managers and support centralized or regional delivery models through structured collaboration, training, and content enrichment.
      • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain an up-to-date IT product catalog and collaborate closely with product managers, BRMs, and business leaders to assess and optimize the product portfolio. Facilitate alignment through regular reviews, issue resolution, and prioritization discussions.
      • Leadership & Team Development: Build and empower high-performing teams by driving alignment to IT vision, developing talent, and fostering a culture of innovation and performance.       Minimum Qualifications

      Bachelor's or master's degree in information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent work experience

      Over 7 years of experience in diverse roles with progressively increasing leadership responsibilities across major IT projects and program

      Demonstrated experience in managing ""upward"" among senior leadership

      Demonstrated experience participating into strategic prioritization and complex governance initiatives

      Substantial consulting leadership experience would be a plus

      Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English

      Experience having worked in a global environment and with virtual teams
